KORELASI ANTARA ATRAUMATIC CARE DENGAN TINGKAT KOOPERATIF ANAK USIA 1-3 TAHUN
Abstract
Secara khusus, pasien anak sering mengalami prosedur tak terduga yang menyebabkan rasa sakit dan meningkatkan kecemasan serta ketidakkooperatifan. Pelaksanaan perawatan kesehatan anak di rumah sakit tidak hanya pada kesehatan murni terhadap anak yang sedang sakit, tetapi juga harus ada upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan tingkat kooperatif yang memungkinkan anak dapat bekerja sama dengan perawat dalam mencapai tujuan perawatan. Penelitian observasional analitis inferensial hipotetis dengan rancangan non eksperimental pada 23 orang anak dan 23 orang perawat menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara penerapan perawatan atraumatik dengan tingkat kooperatif anak usia 1-3 tahun dengan koefisien korelasi (rho) sebesar 0.434 dengan nilai signifikan (p) sebesar 0.039.
