Peran Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Asuhan Kehamilan Terintegrasi terhadap Motivasi dan Kompetensi Mahasiswa serta Kepuasan Pasien pada Praktik Klinik Kebidanan

Abstract


Pelayanan bidan dalam memberikan asuhan kehamilan belum seperti yang diharapkan. Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berkembang dengan pesat dan dampaknya terjadi perubahan nilai serta kebutuhan masyarakat yang meningkat terhadap bidan. Bila kondisi tersebut tidak diatasi, maka kepuasan dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap bidan akan semakin menurun dan sulit untuk ditingkatkan. Peningkatan kualitas bidan harus didukung dengan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan salah satunya melalui model pembelajaran yang baik guna membantu meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan motivasi dan kompetensi mahasiswa dengan kepuasan pasien pada praktik klinik kebidanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimental dengan one group pre- test post- test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV program studi DIII Kebidanan UNS dan pasien ibu hamil di rumah sakit dan puskesmas wilayah Surakarta yaitu RSUD Karanganyar, RSUD Banyudono, Puskesmas Pajang, Puskesmas Gajahan dan RB Barokah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi. Analisis untuk uji komparatif menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, dan untuk mengetahui peran suatu variabel menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan motivasi 40,48% (p<0,05), peningkatan kompetensi 43,24%, yang terdiri dari pengetahuan sebesar 20,06% (p<0,05), sikap sebesar 56,76% (p<0,05), keterampilan sebesar 53,15%(p<0,05) dan kompetensi berperan 13,86 kali terhadap kepuasan pasien. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran asuhan kehamilan terintegrasi mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi mahasiswa D III kebidanan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pasien pada praktik klinik kebidanan.
